Return and Exchange Policy

  1. Damaged Items:
    • If you receive items that are damaged, you are eligible to return them.

    • Your return or exchange request will not be processed if the original tag is missing from the item.

    • There is no return or exchange allowed for items that have been washed. Please inspect items thoroughly before washing.

  5. Exchange:
    • We do not offer exchange except product with defect.

  6. Incorrect items:
    • you must notify JolieAngel at jolieangel.customerservice@gmail.com within 48 hours after receiving the item.
    • If an item is out of stock, for the return postage fees and the amount you paid, you will be issued a store credit.(Get a voucher code for deduct it on your next purchase)
    • If in stock,for the return postage fees,you will receive a store credit.(Get a voucher code for deduct it on your next purchase)
